As a full-service plumbing contractor, we now offer an Irrigation Maintenance Program. Our service will include:
INITIAL SURVEY AND PROPOSAL PER LOCATION…FREE!
- Make a visual inspection of your irrigation system in order to formulate a comprehensive maintenance program.
- Evaluate the size of the service and an accurate count of heads.
- Review system drawings, if available. We can provide a professional drawing for future reference at an additional cost.
- After our survey, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal to get your irrigation system “up and running” for the season.
- Survey cost will be waived if we perform repairs.
- Leave irrigation system on if operational.
Annual Maintenance Agreement
Spring Turn On
- Turn on water to irrigation system.
- Turn on automatic controller and reset for spring operation.
- Review operation of irrigation system.
- Perform minor adjustments/repairs to system.
- Notify owner of any potential problems and provide written quotation if warranted.
Summer Check Up
- Reset automatic timer for summer operation.
- Review operation of irrigation system.
- Notify owner of any potential problems and provide written quotation if warranted.
Fall Shut-Down
- Review operation of system and notify owner of any potential problems.
- Shut off water to irrigation system.
- Turn off automatic controller.
- Remove water from piping, valves and sprinkler heads.
- Take all necessary precautions to protect irrigation system for winter.
Repairs
We can handle various repairs, from simple head replacement to the latest in computerized controls. Repairs or upgrades will be specified in a written proposal.
